摘要：對(duì)電氣線(xiàn)路進(jìn)行接地故障保護(hù)，方式接地故障電流引起的設(shè)備和電氣火災(zāi)事故越來(lái)越成為日常所需。針對(duì)用戶(hù)側(cè)主要的用能節(jié)點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)安裝剩余電流繼電器，實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控各用能回路的剩余電流狀態(tài)。通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控用能以及相關(guān)電力參數(shù)、提高用能安全、可靠及維護(hù)效率、降低維護(hù)的人工成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)剩余電流監(jiān)控的無(wú)人值守。通過(guò)用能的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)，數(shù)據(jù)的采集及報(bào)警，監(jiān)測(cè)配電系統(tǒng)中剩余電流，為用戶(hù)電氣線(xiàn)路接地故障保護(hù)，防范剩余電流導(dǎo)致的火災(zāi)事故和人員觸電事故提供保障。現(xiàn)就我司ASJ型剩余電流繼電器在馬爾代夫環(huán)島水上排屋項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用做一簡(jiǎn)要介紹。

Abstract: Ground fault protection for electrical circuits, equipment and electrical fire accidents caused by ground fault currents are increasingly becoming a daily necessity. For the main energy-consuming nodes on the user side, a residual current relay is designed and installed to monitor the residual current status of each energy-using circuit in real time. Through real-time monitoring of energy use and related power parameters, the safety, reliability and maintenance efficiency of energy use are improved, the labor cost of maintenance is reduced, and the unattended monitoring of residual current is realized. Through the real-time monitoring of energy use, data collection and alarm, the residual current in the power distribution system is monitored, and the ground fault protection of the user's electrical circuit is provided to prevent fire accidents and personal electric shock accidents caused by residual current. Here is a brief introduction to the application of our company's ASJ earth leakage relay in the Philippine mine.

該礦廠(chǎng)位于菲律賓，由于電流很大，礦廠(chǎng)用電情況特殊，客戶(hù)希望通過(guò)在配電柜內(nèi)安裝剩余電流繼電器來(lái)監(jiān)測(cè)線(xiàn)路剩余電流，并且希望可以在顯示面板上顯示實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的剩余電流值與其設(shè)定的剩余電流值之比值，在此比值達(dá)到80%時(shí)剩余電流繼電器能立即報(bào)警。安科瑞ASJ10-LD1A配合剩余電流互感器，成功地解決了客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)剩余電流監(jiān)控需求。由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電流很大，所以在剩余電流互感器的選擇上，我們進(jìn)行了多次溝通，通過(guò)銅排以及電流規(guī)格給客戶(hù)選定了較合適的剩余電流互感器。

ASJ 系列剩余電流動(dòng)作繼電器可與低壓斷路器或低壓接觸器等組成組合式剩余電流保護(hù)裝置，主要適用于交流 50Hz，額定電壓 400V 及以下的 TT 和 TN 系統(tǒng)配電線(xiàn)路，用來(lái)對(duì)電氣線(xiàn)路進(jìn)行接地故障保護(hù)，防止接地故障電流引起的設(shè)備損壞和電氣火災(zāi)事故，也可用來(lái)對(duì)人身觸電危險(xiǎn)提供間接接觸保護(hù)。
